The TarWheels' basketball schedule consists of conference and tournament games.
When hosting, or attending conference games, double headers are played in order to make the most out of a trip and get in the amount of conference games required by The Carolina Wheelchair Basketball Conference.
Tournament play is determined by the tournament host.
